Toplanan bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile ilgili mevzuatta yer alan h\u00fck\u00fcmler de dikkate al\u0131narak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda bulunan fiziksel, kimyasal, biyolojik, psikososyal, ergonomik ve benzeri tehlike kaynaklar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan veya bunlar\u0131n etkile\u015fimi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek tehlikeler belirlenir ve kayda al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u0130SKLER\u0130N BEL\u0130RLENMES\u0130 VE ANAL\u0130Z\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tespit edilmi\u015f olan tehlikelerin her biri ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak bu tehlikelerden kaynaklanabilecek risklerin hangi s\u0131kl\u0131kta olu\u015fabilece\u011fi ile bu risklerden kimlerin, nelerin, ne \u015fekilde ve hangi \u015fiddette zarar g\u00f6rebilece\u011fi belirlenir. Bu belirleme yap\u0131l\u0131rken mevcut kontrol tedbirlerinin etkisi de g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak en uygun de\u011ferlendirme y\u00f6ntemi ile analiz yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u0130SK KONTROL ADIMLARI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Analizi yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanan tehlike i\u00e7in nas\u0131l kontrol tedbirlerinin olaca\u011f\u0131 planland\u0131ktan ve uygulamaya konulduktan sonra tehlikenin ilk \u015fiddeti ile \u00f6nlem al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonraki \u015fiddetinin mutlaka kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve uygunlu\u011funun analiz edilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00d6K\u00dcMANTASYON VE YEN\u0130LEME<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Risk de\u011ferlendirmesi dok\u00fcman\u0131n\u0131n sayfalar\u0131 numaraland\u0131r\u0131larak; ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan her sayfas\u0131 paraflan\u0131p, son sayfas\u0131 imzalan\u0131r ve i\u015fyerinde saklan\u0131r.
